Journey Through the 7 Womb Portals
A shared exploration of the emotional, energetic and embodied gateways of feminine life.
A sacred circle of non-judgemental listening, menstrual wisdom, embodied movement, womb connection, ritual, creative expression and honest conversations about sexuality, motherhood, pleasure, loss and change — held in rest, belonging and community.
JOIN THE WOMEN'S CIRCLE → ↓Harṣa — pronounced HAR-sha — is a Sanskrit word for joy, delight and rapture: the subtle stirring of the body when something within us comes alive.
Inspired by the spirit of the Red Tent, Harṣa is a contemporary circle for women — a protected space to slow down, be witnessed and listen without judgement. Held monthly or quarterly, each gathering follows the living rhythm of the women who enter the circle.
We meet through sharing, breath, movement, womb connection, ritual, creativity, song and dance. There is room for honest conversations about the menstrual cycle, sexuality, motherhood, pleasure, loss and change — and also for silence, rest, celebration, tenderness and the remembrance that no woman has to carry life alone.
Harṣa welcomes women of every age and every season of life — with a womb or without one, menstruating or not, young or mature, mothers or not mothers. Womanhood is not defined by anatomy, fertility, age or experience. You are welcome exactly as you are.
When women gather without judgement, remembering becomes possible.
We do not gather to fix one another. We gather to listen, to soften, to celebrate and to remember the wisdom already living within us.Harṣa is not a programme to complete, but a circle that continues to unfold. Every monthly or quarterly gathering is a facilitated group experience held around one central theme — explored together through sharing, education, embodiment, ritual, creativity and rest.
Each gathering is complete in itself, so you may join whenever a theme speaks to you. Women who return will experience Harṣa as a continuing journey — meeting new layers of the body, the heart and feminine life. These are women’s circles, not one-to-one therapy sessions.
A shared exploration of the emotional, energetic and embodied gateways of feminine life.
Gathering through reflection and embodiment around the womb as a centre of feeling and creation.
A collective ritual of release, energetic renewal, movement, intention and integration.
An educational group exploration of anatomy, pleasure mapping, language and self-awareness.
Learning breath, safety, pelvic awareness and foundational practices together.
A continuing women’s group for deeper Yoni Egg, pelvic energy and embodiment practices.
Entering the circle together through intention, voice, movement, devotion and celebration.
Listening together to the changing rhythms, needs and wisdom of the body.
Sharing and exploring inherited beliefs, memories and the stories held within us.
Practising in community the embodied language of yes, no, desire and choice.
Reconnecting together with sensation, permission, curiosity and joy.
Making space within the circle for grief, change, release and new chapters.
Honouring what we mother — children, dreams, projects and ourselves.
Celebrating becoming, maturity, menopause and feminine transformation.
Releasing performance and remembering together how to be held and nourished.
Exploring trust, connection and what becomes possible when women gather.
No two circles will be exactly the same — because the women who gather are part of what the circle becomes.
DISCOVER THE NEXT THEME →There is no rigid schedule to follow. Each Harṣa gathering listens to the women present, allowing the experience to move with the energy, needs and natural rhythm of the circle.
We arrive slowly, share tea and leave the outside world behind through grounding and presence.
The circle is opened with intention, shared agreements and a simple ritual that brings us into the space together.
Breath, movement, sound or somatic practice invite us out of the mind and into the lived experience of the body.
We enter the central theme through group learning, reflection, ritual, creativity and embodied experience.
There is space to speak and be heard without judgement, advice or interruption. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation.
We gather what has been felt through rest and integration, then close the circle with intention before returning to everyday life.
Every circle follows its own rhythm, but each gathering offers time to arrive, feel, explore, share and integrate.THE STRUCTURE HOLDS THE CIRCLE · THE WOMEN SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE

Harṣa is for women of different ages, bodies, histories and life stages — with or without a womb, menstruating or not, mothers or not mothers.
