I may collect your name, email address, telephone number, booking information, payment records and messages you share with me, mainly through WhatsApp and email.

I use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide requested services, communicate about events and payments, and meet legal obligations.

I may also use relevant records to clarify what was agreed, respond to complaints, and protect the safety and rights of those involved.

These activities rely on taking steps towards or performing our service agreement, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in administering and protecting my practice, balanced against your rights.

3. Personal and intimate information

My work offers a space for personal support through Tantra, body awareness and intimacy education, respecting each person’s boundaries, needs and individual journey.

This support does not include diagnosing or treating diseases and does not replace medical, psychological or other healthcare. When someone’s needs fall outside the scope of my work, I will recommend seeking support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are recorded within those services and may contain personal or intimate information. This information is handled with respect, discretion and confidentiality, and used only for the purposes described in this policy, with the protections required by law.

Please share only the details necessary for your enquiry. I do not use personal information, testimonials, photographs or recordings for publicity without specific permission.

4. Communications and retention

I keep messages and personal information for as long as necessary to manage bookings, provide services, maintain requested follow-up and resolve outstanding matters.

Some communications may be retained for longer where necessary to clarify situations, handle complaints, or protect the safety and rights of those involved, including in connection with abusive contact or threats.

The need to retain these records is reviewed periodically. Intimate information is considered separately and retained only where there is a justified need and an appropriate legal basis.

Financial records and payment confirmations are kept for the periods required by law.

Records are not used to publicly expose individuals.

5. Newsletter

I use Mailchimp to send newsletters to people who subscribe with their consent.

Subscribing is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link included in each newsletter or by contacting me.

After you unsubscribe, minimal records may be retained to respect your choice and demonstrate previously given consent.

I use the following services to support my work:

Where necessary, I may use another payment service, identified when the transaction is arranged. The website also uses hosting services.

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Providers process information needed for their respective services under the applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

Where necessary and legally permitted, I may also share relevant information with professionals supporting my practice or with the appropriate authorities.

Using external services does not replace my responsibilities for the personal information I handle.

7. International transfers

Some services used may store or process information outside the European Economic Area.

Mailchimp processes information in the United States and states that it uses the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details are available in its European data transfers guidance.

Other providers, including WhatsApp and Google, explain relevant international transfers and safeguards in their privacy policies and data protection terms.

I use the security features of the services through which I communicate and receive payments. Personal messages sent through WhatsApp benefit from end-to-end encryption.

My website uses Wordfence as a security tool to help protect against attacks and malicious access.

Access to personal information is limited to what is necessary to provide services, administer my practice and meet legal obligations.

No system guarantees complete security. If a personal data breach occurs, I will assess the situation and make any notifications required by law.

9. Cookies

This website uses CookieYes to manage cookie preferences and Google Analytics to analyse website usage.

Necessary cookies support the operation of requested services. Analytics cookies are optional and require prior consent.

I respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a legally permitted extension is necessary, I will inform you within that first month.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
