Each appointment with May Gonzalez reserves dedicated time for your session, including preparation and the availability of the space. This cancellation and booking policy sets out the conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, attendance and professional conduct.

Cancellations

Please communicate any cancellation via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a €50 cancellation fee. This fee must be settled before another appointment can be confirmed.

Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance carry no cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments Without Notice

If you do not attend your appointment and provide no notice, any future booking will require:

• Full advance payment for your chosen session.
• An additional €100 missed-appointment fee, payable alongside the session price.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance of a future booking. Further appointments remain subject to May Gonzalez’s agreement and compliance with all professional boundaries.

The €50 late-cancellation fee and the €100 missed-appointment fee will not both be charged for the same appointment.

Rescheduling

One rescheduling request is permitted per booking, subject to availability, when made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to the €50 late-cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in advance payment being required for future appointments or further bookings being declined.

Punctuality

Please arrive at the agreed appointment time. If you anticipate a delay, contact May Gonzalez via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

If you arrive late and the session can proceed, it will finish at the originally scheduled time. The full session price remains payable.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean that the session cannot proceed. Any subsequent booking will need to be agreed directly with May Gonzalez.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent via WhatsApp. The time your message is sent will determine whether the required 24-hour notice has been provided.

Please clearly state your name and the date and time of your appointment.

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

All clients, without exception, are required to respect this cancellation and booking policy and the professional boundaries of May Gonzalez.

Before confirming an appointment, please read the full Boundaries & Ethics policy.

Disrespectful communication, inappropriate requests, unwanted touch, harassment or attempts to negotiate or disregard professional boundaries may result in a booking being declined, a session being ended or future appointments being refused.

Paying for a session does not grant permission to request services outside the agreed offering or override professional boundaries.

Consent remains ongoing throughout every session. You may decline a practice or ask to stop at any time. Exercising this right is not a breach of this policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

Genuine emergencies may be considered individually. Any adjustment to the cancellation or attendance conditions must be expressly agreed by May Gonzalez.

Professional boundaries and consent requirements apply in all circumstances.

Cancellations by May Gonzalez

If May Gonzalez needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a suitable alternative date or a full refund of any payment made for that session.

Please read this policy and the Boundaries & Ethics page before confirming your appointment.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
