When stepping into the sacred space of a session with me, your intention is everything. It is the foundation of your experience, the key that unlocks the depth of transformation, and the guide that directs your journey. Without intention, there is no session.
I do not offer sessions to those who come without clarity, without an openness to their own unfolding. The work I facilitate is not transactional; it is an energetic exchange, a surrender to the mysteries of your own body, emotions, and spirit. Intention is what allows you to receive fully, to engage with presence, and to honor the process that is uniquely yours.
You Cannot Compare Practitioners
Many people come to me after having incredible experiences with other practitioners, and while I honor that journey, it is essential to understand that no two experiences are the same. Each practitioner carries a different medicine, a unique energetic imprint, and a sacred frequency that cannot be replicated. The session you had before was powerful in its own way, and the session you have with me will be powerful in another.
Comparison limits your experience. It keeps you in the mind, analyzing rather than surrendering, expecting rather than receiving. Instead of trying to recreate a past experience, open yourself to what is here, now, waiting for you.
Releasing Control: Trusting the Process
Another essential aspect of this work is letting go of control. If you come with the need to dictate how the session should go, what should happen, or how you should feel, you are already closing yourself off from the depth of healing that is available. Healing is not a formula; it is an unfolding.
Your role in this sacred experience is to trust, to surrender, and to allow the wisdom of your body and energy to guide the way. When you let go of expectations and control, you create space for true transformation.
