Pleasure Points & Intimate Anatomy
Understanding important pleasure areas of the male and female body, intimate anatomy, different forms of sensitivity and why the same area can respond differently depending on pressure, rhythm, arousal and context.
Every couple brings a different story, rhythm and intimate language. Some come to reconnect, some to understand one another’s pleasure more deeply, and others to learn how to touch, communicate, receive and create intimacy with greater awareness.
Explore the private offerings below, each designed to support a different dimension of connection, pleasure and embodied intimacy between partners.
A practical and personalised training designed to help couples understand pleasure points, conscious touch, communication, receiving and the way each partner’s body responds.
Knowing a technique is not the same as knowing how your partner wants to be touched.
Many couples have already read books, watched videos, explored techniques or collected information about sexuality. Yet knowing what a book says to do does not necessarily mean knowing how to touch the person in front of you.
A diagram can show where a pleasure point may be located, but it cannot tell you exactly how your partner experiences it. It cannot tell you how much pressure they want today, when to slow down, when to remain still, when their body is becoming more receptive, when stimulation is too much, or how their arousal changes in response to rhythm, pace and attention.
This is why the training focuses not only on techniques, but on the foundations underneath them: touch, observation, communication, sensation, feedback, receiving and responsiveness.
Before we begin the practical part of the training, we sit together and talk.
I learn more about your relationship, your sexual dynamic, what each of you enjoys, what feels unclear, where communication may become difficult, what you would like to understand better and what each partner needs from the experience.
This conversation helps me identify the areas that will make the three hours most useful for your relationship.
The training gives us a broad repertoire to work from. What we focus on is selected according to your relationship, experience, questions, boundaries and intentions.
Understanding important pleasure areas of the male and female body, intimate anatomy, different forms of sensitivity and why the same area can respond differently depending on pressure, rhythm, arousal and context.
Learning to observe breathing changes, muscular tension, movement, relaxation, receptivity and subtle responses so that touch can be adjusted in real time.
Pressure, rhythm, pace, direction, fingertip touch, broader touch, stillness, repetition and transitions. You begin to understand why more stimulation is not always more pleasurable.
Learning how to ask, guide, respond and give useful feedback without criticism or disconnection — including communicating more, less, slower, softer, stay, change or stop.
Understanding the difference between touching to produce a reaction and touching with awareness, while learning how to receive without performing for your partner.
Creating a gradual sensory journey through the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, thighs and inner thighs, including flowing transitions between areas of the body.
Female intimate anatomy, external conscious touch, pressure, rhythm, different qualities of sensation, communication around pleasure and learning to listen to individual responses rather than following a formula.
Male intimate anatomy, different qualities of touch, pressure, rhythm, sensitivity, arousal awareness and receiving pleasure without making ejaculation the immediate objective.
Discovering areas of pleasure, sensitivity and lower sensitivity, understanding preferences and creating a more detailed map of how each partner experiences touch.
Recognising how arousal develops, noticing when stimulation becomes too intense and understanding how slowing down, changing pressure or pausing can transform the experience.
Using breath to support presence, reduce unnecessary tension, remain connected to sensation and create more space for receiving pleasure.
Recognising activation, tension and relaxation, and understanding why the body may need more time before receiving stronger or more intimate stimulation.
Fluid whole-body movement, glide, rhythm, coordinated movement and conscious skin-to-skin contact as a way of expanding sensory awareness.
Conscious whole-body contact, movement, pressure, rhythm, receiving and awareness of how different areas of the body communicate through touch.
Using eye contact intentionally, staying present with your partner and learning to observe without needing to immediately act or react.
Exploring shared breathing rhythm and using breath as a bridge between relaxation, sensation and connection.
A seated Tantric practice involving presence, breath, stillness, body awareness and embodied connection.
Exploring sensation beyond the genitals and recognising how arousal and pleasure may be experienced throughout the body through breath, movement and awareness.
Using breath, sound and voice to express sensation rather than relying only on verbal explanation or silence.
Learning to check in, recognise hesitation, communicate limits and adjust an experience without making either partner feel rejected or criticised.
Developing a shared language around touch, desire, pleasure, pressure, boundaries, arousal, receiving and feedback.
Learning principles and techniques you can continue practising together instead of depending on memorising one choreography or repeating the same sexual routine.
This is why the training combines technique with body awareness, observation, touch quality and communication. You are learning not simply where to touch, but how to listen through touch.
One partner may already feel comfortable giving but struggle to receive. One couple may need more communication. Another may need to slow down and rediscover sensitivity. Another may want to understand yoni pleasure, lingam sensitivity, arousal or whole-body touch more clearly.
The initial conversation allows me to identify what will be most useful for the two of you and to select the demonstrations, explanations and practices that best address those needs.
Three hours will not teach everything there is to know about sexuality. It can, however, give you a clear practical foundation for understanding how touch, sensation, communication, pleasure and receiving work between the two of you.
