For years, I’ve been on a personal journey to map my own cycle, seeking to understand the reasons behind my emotions—why anger arises, why certain days bring emotional intensity, and what triggers these fluctuations. Through this process, I’ve developed a system that allows me to track my cycle daily, gaining clarity and insight along the way. Now, I am honored to share this wisdom with you, so you can embark on your own path of self-awareness, healing, and creative empowerment.
Once your monthly superpowers are unlocked and activated, you will be able to harness them to support yourself, build a trusting relationship with your body and its wisdom, and create an extraordinary life in complete synchronicity with your cycle.
It’s no secret that many of us, at some point, have likely cursed our menstruation—found it irritating, felt ashamed of it, been embarrassed by it, or generally considered it inconvenient. Yet, we experience approximately 350 to 500 menstrual cycles in our lifetime, and each one holds the potential to help us listen to our bodies and deepen our self-awareness. It only makes sense for us to understand our flow.
Can you see how this knowledge can help you plan and organize your life? Mapping and tracking your cycle also becomes a powerful self-care tool. It gives you the opportunity to identify what you truly need and desire in each phase—from the food you eat to the exercise you engage in, from the scents you are drawn to, to the way you experience pleasure. No prior knowledge is required. This workshop is designed to support all women, whether you’re just beginning to explore your cycle or have been working with it for years.

You will learn to track and map your menstrual cycle, understand the influence of the moon’s phases on your energy, and explore how to use this wisdom to live more consciously. You’ll also learn how to connect with your creative power, intuition, and emotions through daily practices.
4. What should I bring to the workshop?
You’ll need a journal, pencil and pen, scissors, a water bottle, comfortable clothes, a blanket (for warmth), a yoga mat, and a cushion (if desired). These materials will help you engage with the activities and exercises fully.
5. Will there be physical activities or exercises?
Yes! There will be moments of gentle movement, sitting, and journaling to help you connect with your body, cycle, and the lunar energy. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Absolutely! The workshop is for all women, regardless of whether you’re menstruating or have an irregular cycle. The practices are designed to help you connect with the rhythm of your body, no matter where you are in your cycle.

Yoni Lua not only teaches you how to track your cycle, but it also guides you in understanding the deeper emotional, spiritual, and creative aspects of your cycles. We work with the lunar calendar to amplify the power of your cycles and teach you how to align your daily life with the energy of the moon.
