Welcome to this journey of expansion, awakening, and embodied presence.

I invite you to step into a space of freedom and presence, where every moment is an opportunity to reconnect with your essence. Inspired by the teachings of Osho and the ancient wisdom of Tantra, this workshop is an invitation to explore life through the body, the senses, and the flow of vital energy. Osho’s meditations are powerful portals to release stored emotions, quiet the mind, and allow kundalini energy to rise and move naturally.

In Tantra, the body is a sacred vessel, and every sensation is a gateway to the divine. This is a gathering to explore the body as a temple, the breath as a guide, and sound as a tool for healing and liberation. There is no right or wrong, no beautiful or ugly — there is only the experience of being fully alive, feeling, and surrendering to the present moment.

Throughout the day, we will engage in practices that invite intense movement, emotional catharsis, deep silence, and vulnerable sharing. Each meditation has been carefully chosen to support your inner journey of release, expansion, and integration, mirroring the tantric path of using everything — the body, emotions, and relationships — as a path to consciousness.

Allow yourself to:

  • Let go of what weighs you down.
  • Gaze into another’s eyes and see their soul.
  • Let your voice express itself without fear.
  • Feel the energy rise, without attachment or control.
  • Embrace your life force as a sacred pulse of creation.

This is a safe space for surrender and rebirth. May each breath be a key to unlocking inner doors, may each step be an invitation to the new, and may every encounter be a reflection of the divine that already exists within you.

Frequently Asked Questions — Osho & Tantra Full-Day Workshop

1. Do I need prior meditation or Tantra experience?

No experience is necessary! This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re new to Osho’s practices or have explored Tantra before. All you need is curiosity and an open heart.

2. What should I bring?

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing
  • A yoga mat and cushion for sitting meditations
  • A water bottle
  • A journal and pen for reflections
  • A light shawl or blanket for rest periods
  • An open mind and willingness to explore

3. Are the meditations physically intense?

Some practices, like Osho Dynamic and Mandala Meditations, involve vigorous movement and emotional release. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.

4. Is this a sexual workshop?

No. While Tantra embraces life force energy, this workshop focuses on self-discovery, emotional release, and spiritual awakening through meditation, breath, and movement — not sexual practices.

5. Can I attend alone?

Absolutely! Many people join solo. It’s a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and the group in a supportive, safe space.

6. Will there be moments of sharing?

Yes, but sharing is optional. We create moments for reflection and connection, but you decide how much you wish to express.

7. What if strong emotions come up?

This is a safe container to release whatever arises. The practices are designed to help emotions flow, and facilitators are present to support you if needed.

8. How should I prepare?

Get plenty of rest, eat light on the morning of the workshop, and come with an open spirit. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or substances beforehand to fully experience the practices.

9. What happens after the workshop?

We recommend giving yourself quiet time to integrate the experience. Journaling, being in nature, or taking a salt bath can help you ground back into your daily life.

10. How do I sign up?

You can register through the link in my webpage bio or contact me directly for more details. Spaces are limited, so I encourage early booking!
