There is a moment in many relationships when we begin to believe we already know the person beside us. We know their body, the way they touch, what they enjoy and how intimacy usually unfolds. There is beauty in this familiarity, but there can also be much more to discover when we bring attention back to the body and begin meeting each other with curiosity again.

This is where Kāmarasa begins.

I created Kāmarasa — Multi-Orgasmic Tantric Training for Couples as an immersive experience for couples who want to explore pleasure, conscious touch, sexual energy and intimacy through the body. It is rooted in Tantric principles and brings together embodiment, sensory awareness, breath, movement, communication and the experience of giving and receiving.

Despite the words multi-orgasmic training, Kāmarasa is not about counting orgasms or turning pleasure into another achievement. It is about understanding the body differently and discovering what becomes possible when we stop rushing toward climax and learn to remain present with sensation.

For me, multi-orgasmic exploration begins long before orgasm. It begins with the capacity to feel.

Pleasure Begins in the Body

We often begin conversations about sexuality too far ahead. We talk about arousal, genitals, penetration and orgasm before exploring something much more fundamental: how deeply are we actually able to feel?

Pleasure involves the whole body. The skin, senses, breath, muscles, movement, sound, nervous system and quality of attention all influence the way we experience touch and arousal. When attention is directed primarily toward genital stimulation or climax, many of these subtler sensations can pass almost unnoticed.

Kāmarasa begins by bringing awareness back to the body. Couples gradually explore sensory perception and discover how slowing down can change the experience of touch. Temperature, pressure, texture, rhythm, breathing, relaxation and subtle changes in sensation become part of the intimate language between two people.

This is one of the foundations of the training because I do not believe we need to constantly do more in order to experience more. Sometimes we need to become sensitive enough to notice what is already happening.

As awareness develops, the whole body can begin to reveal itself as a landscape of pleasure rather than simply a route toward a sexual destination. This progression from body awareness and sensory awakening toward deeper erotic exploration is central to the Kāmarasa journey.

Rediscovering the Person You Already Know

Long-term intimacy creates familiarity. We learn our partner’s preferences, recognise their responses and develop familiar ways of touching one another. Over time, however, knowing can quietly become assuming.

We may begin touching while already anticipating what should happen next. We know which areas usually create a response, which sequence tends to lead toward sex and what our partner has enjoyed before. The experience may still be pleasurable, but curiosity can gradually become less present.

Kāmarasa invites couples to meet each other again through attention. Your partner’s body is not a map that you completed years ago. Bodies change, desire changes, sensitivity changes and the way we experience pleasure can change throughout our lives.

Conscious touch therefore becomes much more than technique. It is a way of listening through the hands and noticing the person who is actually in front of you rather than relying entirely on what you already believe you know about them.

There is something deeply intimate about allowing a familiar body to become mysterious again.

The Art of Giving and Receiving

One of the central foundations of Kāmarasa is the exploration of giving and receiving as two different embodied capacities.

Giving pleasure can contain subtle expectations. When we care about someone, we naturally want them to enjoy what we are offering. But we can also begin looking for reassurance that we are doing it correctly. We may expect certain sounds, movements or signs of arousal, and without noticing it, giving can become focused on producing a result.

Within Kāmarasa, the giver explores how to offer touch, attention and presence without controlling the receiver’s experience. This requires sensitivity rather than passivity. You listen, communicate and remain attentive, but you begin releasing the idea that you are responsible for manufacturing a particular response in another person’s body.

Receiving has its own challenges. When attention is directed entirely toward us, we may begin wondering whether we are responding enough, taking too long or giving our partner enough reassurance. Sometimes we are already thinking about what we should give back rather than actually experiencing what we are receiving.

The practice of receiving invites us back into sensation. Instead of performing pleasure, we become curious about what is genuinely happening in the body: what feels good, what needs more time, what feels neutral, what we want more or less of and when something has become enough.

When both directions become conscious, giving and receiving stop being simply something one person does to another. They become a meeting based on presence, receptivity, communication and trust.

From Sexual Performance to Orgasmic Expansion

Sexuality can easily become organised around performance. We measure how quickly we become aroused, how long we remain aroused, whether we orgasm, whether our partner orgasms and whether the body responds in the way we think it should.

Even the idea of becoming multi-orgasmic can become another expectation placed upon the body.

That is not how I approach it within Kāmarasa.

Multi-orgasmic does not simply mean having several climaxes in succession. It describes an exploration of our capacity to remain with pleasure, recognise different waves of arousal, experience sensation throughout the body and develop a less linear relationship with orgasm.

Many sexual experiences naturally follow a progression from arousal toward climax and then completion. There is nothing wrong with this. Kāmarasa simply opens another possibility in which pleasure can rise, soften, intensify, move and return without every moment needing to push toward an endpoint.

This changes the role of orgasm. Climax can remain beautiful and welcome without becoming the only measure of a meaningful sexual experience.

For some people, exploring pleasure in this way may open new orgasmic possibilities. For others, the most significant discovery may be increased sensitivity, greater awareness of arousal, less pressure around orgasm or the ability to remain with pleasurable sensation for longer.

There is no correct number of orgasms and no guaranteed sexual response. Within Kāmarasa, orgasm is part of the landscape of pleasure, not a test of success.

Breath, Movement and Sexual Energy

Sexual energy can sometimes sound like an abstract spiritual idea, but within Kāmarasa we begin with direct experience of the body.

When arousal develops, the body changes. Breathing can change, sensitivity can increase, muscles respond, warmth develops and there may be a feeling of intensity or charge. Rather than immediately transforming these sensations into sexual action, we can become curious about how they behave.

Breath, movement and sound are explored as ways of becoming more aware of this experience. They can help us notice where the body contracts, where we hold our breath, how sensation changes when we relax and how arousal may feel different when the whole body is allowed to participate.

These practices are not about performing what Tantra is supposed to look like. I am not interested in replacing ordinary sexual performance with a new kind of “Tantric performance.” Breath does not need to be dramatic, movement does not need to look a certain way and sound should never need to be exaggerated.

The purpose is awareness. Through breath, movement, sound and sensation, couples can explore how pleasure changes, circulates and expands through the body.

This is where the Tantric dimension of Kāmarasa becomes particularly important to me: sexuality is not separated from consciousness. The practice is not simply to experience more intensity, but to remain aware within the experience.

Intimacy, Consent and Communication

Deeper pleasure requires the possibility of genuine choice. For this reason, consent, communication and personal boundaries are not administrative rules surrounding Kāmarasa; they are part of the embodied practice itself.

Learning to communicate slower, more, less, not yet, yes, no or enough can make intimacy more precise rather than less spontaneous. Your partner does not need to read your mind, and a boundary does not represent a failure of connection.

Consent also remains alive throughout an experience. Something can feel welcome and later become enough. A practice can be modified, paused or declined. Different bodies can also respond differently to exactly the same experience, and neither partner is expected to match the other’s rhythm. Kāmarasa explicitly treats consent as ongoing and allows practices to be changed or declined at any point.

The intimate partner practices within Kāmarasa remain between each couple. There is no partner swapping, and the group training is not structured around couples having sexual intercourse in the workshop space. The group provides a shared educational environment while the intimate exploration remains focused on your own relationship.

For me, these boundaries are important because the purpose of Kāmarasa is not sexual performance in front of other people. It is learning through your own body and discovering what becomes possible within the intimate space you already share with your partner.

One Progressive Tantric Journey

Kāmarasa is not a collection of disconnected sexual techniques. I created the training as a progressive embodied journey because each stage develops something that supports what becomes possible next.

The experience begins with presence and body awareness before moving into sensory awakening, connection and conscious touch. From these foundations, couples explore giving and receiving, sexual awareness, arousal, sexual energy and orgasmic expansion, eventually bringing these elements together within intimate and Tantric presence.

This progression is intentional. If we cannot recognise subtle sensation, it becomes difficult to understand how pleasure is changing. If we cannot communicate what the body is experiencing, deeper touch can become based on assumptions. If receiving is filled with performance, increasing stimulation does not necessarily create greater intimacy. And if arousal is always rushed toward climax, there is little opportunity to discover what happens in the spaces before it.

This is why the journey does not begin with the most intimate practice. It begins by creating the awareness that makes deeper exploration meaningful.

For me, this is the essence of multi-orgasmic training: not learning one extraordinary technique, but developing a body that can remain present with more sensation, more variation and a wider experience of pleasure.

Who Is Kāmarasa For?

Kāmarasa is for couples who feel that there is still more to discover within themselves, within pleasure and within the intimate space they create together. You may have been together for many years or for a shorter period; what matters is that both partners genuinely choose to participate and want to explore together.

You do not need a broken relationship to come to Kāmarasa. In fact, I think we often make the mistake of exploring intimacy only when something has gone wrong. A couple can already love one another, enjoy their sexual relationship and feel deeply connected while still being curious about what else their bodies might experience together.

You also do not need previous experience with Tantra, conscious sexuality or embodiment practices, and you certainly do not need to already be multi-orgasmic. Kāmarasa is designed to build progressively from the foundations of awareness and sensation.

The experience is educational and experiential rather than couples therapy or professional practitioner training. You are learning for your own relationship, and the practices you discover during the weekend are intended to continue living within that relationship after the retreat.

Why I Created Kāmarasa

My work has developed through years of study and embodied exploration across Tantra, Somatic Sexology, Human Sexuality Education, Yoga, meditation and conscious bodywork. Through these different foundations, I became increasingly interested in the distance that can exist between knowing about sexuality and actually experiencing the body.

We can understand pleasure intellectually while still rushing through it. We can understand consent while struggling to recognise our body’s boundaries in real time. We can know how orgasm works while knowing very little about the subtle stages of our own arousal. And we can know our partner intimately while gradually losing the curiosity with which we once discovered them.

I created Kāmarasa to bring these territories together within one experience for couples. Tantric principles inform the way I approach consciousness, energy, embodiment and intimacy, while contemporary sexuality education brings understanding of the body, communication, consent and sexual response. Kāmarasa is the embodied methodology I created around the meeting of these worlds and around one specific pathway: pleasure.

The name itself reflects this intention. Kāma (काम) is associated with desire, love, sensual pleasure and erotic longing, while rasa (रस) carries meanings connected with essence, flavour, taste and felt experience. Within Kāmarasa, the name evokes the essence or flavour of desire: not desire reduced to performance or a goal, but desire experienced through sensation, presence, intimacy and awareness.

Kāmarasa in Portugal

Kāmarasa will unfold as an immersive weekend training for couples in Portugal, facilitated in English. The retreat format creates something that is difficult to reproduce within ordinary daily life: uninterrupted time to return attention to the body, to one another and to the intimate relationship.

Away from work, phones, responsibilities and familiar routines, couples have time not only to experience each practice but also to rest and integrate before continuing. The immersion allows the journey to develop gradually rather than becoming another piece of information to consume and quickly leave behind.

The intention is that Kāmarasa does not end when the weekend ends. Couples leave with embodied principles and practices they can continue exploring privately, allowing what they discover during the retreat to become part of their intimate life together.

Kāmarasa is currently planned for Spring / Summer 2027 in Portugal, with exact dates, venue and participation details to be announced to the interest list.

When Presence Meets Desire

At its heart, Kāmarasa is an invitation to become more conscious within pleasure. Sexuality can reveal how quickly we rush, anticipate, perform or try to control an experience, but it can also reveal our capacity to receive, communicate, surrender, remain curious and stay present when sensation becomes more intense.

When awareness enters intimacy, touch can become a language between two people and pleasure can become something we inhabit rather than something we simply pursue. The partner whose body felt completely familiar can become someone we continue discovering, not because they have suddenly changed, but because we are paying attention differently.

This is what I want couples to experience through Kāmarasa: not the pressure to become sexually extraordinary, but the possibility of becoming more sensitive, more aware and more present within the pleasure and intimacy that already exist between them.

When presence meets desire, pleasure becomes a meditation.
