Restorative sound therapy
Presence
We begin by leaving mental overactivity and returning awareness to breath, sensation and the living experience of the body.
An immersive journey into sensation, erotic connection, sexual energy and orgasmic expansion.
JOIN THE INTEREST LIST → ↓Kāmarasa is an immersive multi-orgasmic journey for couples, where erotic pleasure becomes a doorway into presence, connection and expanded awareness.
Rooted in Tantric principles, the training explores the meeting of consciousness and sexual energy through the body — awakening the senses, deepening intimacy, expanding arousal and learning to experience pleasure as something that can move, circulate and unfold in waves.
Within Kāmarasa, erotic pleasure becomes a living experience of the body and its energy. Through breath, movement, sound and sensation, couples learn to inhabit arousal more fully, surrender into pleasure and explore how sexual energy can move, expand and unfold through the body.
When presence meets desire, pleasure becomes a meditation.
The body becomes the temple, sexual energy the movement, and intimacy the space where two meet.Multi-orgasmic does not simply mean experiencing several climaxes in succession.
Pleasure can become less linear and more expansive.
It is an exploration of how pleasure can become less linear, less goal-oriented and more expansive.
Not simply more — but deeper, wider and more embodied.Remaining with pleasurable sensation instead of immediately moving toward climax.
Recognising different levels and waves of sexual arousal.
Discovering how breath, movement and sound can influence and expand pleasure.
Expanding sensation beyond the genitals into the whole body.
Exploring how sexual energy can move, circulate and unfold through the body.
Developing greater awareness of how your bodies respond, connect and expand together.
Arousal → Climax → End
Sensation → Arousal → Expansion → Waves → Integration
Kāmarasa is not a collection of separate techniques. It unfolds as a progressive embodied journey — each experience creating the foundation for what becomes possible next.
First we arrive in the body.
We begin by leaving mental overactivity and returning awareness to breath, sensation and the living experience of the body.
Attention expands through touch, sight, sound, scent and taste, allowing the familiar to become perceptible in new ways.
Presence becomes relational through eye contact, shared breath, communication, attunement and the experience of truly meeting one another.
Through conscious touch and deeper sensory attention, the whole body begins to reveal itself as a landscape of sensation.
Anatomy, pleasure, arousal and sexual response become something to understand through both knowledge and direct embodied awareness.
At the centre of Kāmarasa is the capacity to surrender in both directions.
To offer without controlling the outcome, demanding a response or needing reassurance through what your partner experiences.
To soften into sensation without performing, managing the experience or feeling required to immediately give something back.
Arousal is explored as a changing landscape. Instead of moving automatically toward an endpoint, couples learn to remain with intensity and variation.
Breath, movement, sound and sensation become pathways through which arousal can change, circulate and expand through the body.
Everything explored begins to enter the intimate space between two people — presence, sensitivity, desire, surrender and sexual energy.
Breath, sensation, pleasure, intimacy and awareness are no longer separate practices.
They become one embodied experience.Intimacy deepens when giving becomes an offering and receiving becomes an act of openness.
Giving and receiving are two different states of presence. Kāmarasa explores the surrender required in both directions — the surrender to offer, the surrender to receive, and the awareness to move between both.
To offer without control, expectation or demand.
To soften, open and allow pleasure in without pressure to respond.
One partner is not simply doing and the other simply receiving. Both remain in relationship with sensation, breath, boundaries, response and presence.

It is also movement, sensation, rhythm and energy.
Kāmarasa explores sexual energy as a living experience within the body — something that can be felt, expressed, moved and expanded through awareness.
Creating space inside the body and deepening awareness.
Allowing sensation and energy to travel through the body.
Giving expression to sensation, arousal and pleasure.
Becoming more receptive to what is happening in the body.
Allowing pleasure to become wider, deeper and more embodied.
Through breath, movement, sound and sensation, arousal becomes something to inhabit — not simply something to reach.
◆Kāmarasa is for couples who feel there is more to discover — within themselves, within pleasure and within the intimate space they create together.
You love each other, but feel there is still more to discover together.
You want to bring curiosity, sensuality and erotic aliveness into your relationship.
You want to feel more confident expressing desires, boundaries and pleasure.
You want to learn how to give, receive and surrender more deeply with one another.
You are curious about multi-orgasmic pleasure and the movement of sexual energy through the body.
You want to explore sexuality as a space for presence, intimacy and Tantric connection.
Kāmarasa is not about arriving with the right answers. It begins with curiosity, openness and the willingness to meet each other with presence.
Multi-Orgasmic Training for Couples
Full dates, venue and participation details will be announced to the interest list.
✦Kāmarasa is an intimate and embodied weekend training for couples. Clear information, consent, personal choice and mutual respect are part of creating the space in which deeper exploration can happen.
You do not need to arrive knowing how. You only need the willingness to explore together.
✦The name Kāmarasa brings together kāma — desire, love, sensual pleasure and erotic longing — with rasa, a Sanskrit word associated with essence, flavour, taste and the felt quality of an experience.
As the name is used within this training, Kāmarasa evokes the essence or flavour of desire: not desire reduced to performance or a goal, but desire experienced through sensation, presence, intimacy and awareness.
Kāmarasa is an immersive multi-orgasmic training for couples, bringing together embodied awareness, conscious sexuality, erotic exploration and Tantric principles.
The experience unfolds progressively through body awareness, sensory awakening, couple connection, conscious and intimate touch, giving and receiving, arousal awareness, sexual energy and orgasmic expansion.
Kāmarasa is intentionally focused on one specific dimension of intimate relationship: the path of pleasure.
It is not a general couples retreat designed to address every aspect of a relationship. Throughout the weekend, we follow one continuous thread — exploring how pleasure can be awakened, expanded, communicated, given, received and experienced more fully between two people.
We begin with the foundations that make deeper pleasure possible: presence, body awareness, the senses and connection. From there, the journey moves progressively into touch, giving and receiving, arousal awareness, sexual energy and orgasmic expansion.
Communication, trust, consent and connection are naturally part of this journey, but they are explored in relationship to pleasure rather than as separate relationship-development topics.
Kāmarasa is designed as an immersive weekend experience for couples, rather than a series of disconnected classes.
The practices build progressively throughout the weekend, giving the body and the relationship time to move from grounding and sensory awareness into connection, conscious touch, arousal, sexual energy and deeper integration.
No. Kāmarasa is a personal and experiential training for couples. It is not a professional qualification, practitioner training or massage certification.
Practices involving conscious or intimate touch are taught so that partners can explore them within their own relationship.
Within Kāmarasa, multi-orgasmic does not simply mean having several orgasms in succession.
The training explores the capacity to remain with pleasure, recognise different waves and levels of arousal, expand sensation through the body and develop a less linear relationship with orgasm.
No. Previous experience with Tantra, embodiment practices or conscious sexuality is not required.
The training unfolds progressively, allowing couples to build awareness, sensitivity and connection before moving into deeper explorations.
No. You do not need to know how to experience multiple orgasms before attending.
Kāmarasa is a learning journey into the different ways pleasure, arousal, sensation and sexual energy can be experienced through the body.
No. Bodies respond differently and no particular sexual response can or should be guaranteed.
Kāmarasa develops awareness, sensitivity and embodied tools that can support a broader relationship with pleasure, arousal and orgasmic potential.
The training unfolds progressively, with each stage preparing the body and the relationship for what follows.
Couples explore different qualities of conscious touch through guided partner practices designed for personal exploration within their own relationship.
These explorations are approached through presence, consent, communication, sensitivity and awareness. They are not taught as professional massage protocols.
Giving pleasure and receiving pleasure are two different embodied capacities.
Offering presence, touch and attention without controlling the response or expecting a particular outcome.
Allowing yourself to receive without performing, managing your partner's experience or immediately needing to give something back.
The group training is not structured around couples having sexual intercourse in the workshop space.
Erotic energy, arousal and pleasure can be explored without needing to turn every experience of sexual energy into sexual activity.
Intimate and couple-based practices are undertaken with your own partner.
Kāmarasa is not a partner-swapping environment. Some non-intimate group exercises may involve interaction with others when appropriate, while consent and personal boundaries remain central throughout.
Some practices may invite different levels of undress depending on the exercise, but participation is always based on consent and personal boundaries.
You remain responsible for choosing what feels appropriate for you.
Then you do not do it.
Consent is ongoing and can change at any moment. A practice can be modified, paused or declined.
Sexual pleasure is not confined to one part of the body.
Through sensory awareness and conscious touch, couples explore the body as a wider landscape of sensation. Breath, skin, movement, sound, rhythm, relaxation and attention can all become part of the erotic experience.
Kāmarasa explores how breath, movement, sound and bodily awareness can influence the experience of arousal, sensation and sexual energy.
Couples learn to notice how sensation can move, change, intensify, soften and expand through the body.
Tantric principles inform the way Kāmarasa approaches embodiment, awareness, energy, intimacy and presence.
Sexuality is explored as part of the wider embodied experience rather than something separate from awareness. Kāmarasa also brings contemporary understanding of sexuality, communication and embodied practice into the training.
The most important requirement is that you attend as a couple who genuinely wants to explore intimacy together and that both partners freely choose to participate.
The training is less about how long you have been together and more about the quality of consent, trust and willingness you bring into the experience.
You do not need to arrive at the same place sexually.
One partner may be more experienced, curious or comfortable than the other. The practices encourage communication and respect for different rhythms rather than expecting two bodies to respond in exactly the same way.
No. Kāmarasa is an educational and experiential training, not couples therapy.
The experience may create opportunities for communication, connection and discovery, but it is not designed to resolve acute relationship crises or replace psychological, medical or relationship support when needed.
No. Orgasm is part of the landscape, not the test at the end of it.
The experience is designed to continue within your relationship.
Couples leave with embodied principles and practices they can continue exploring privately, allowing what was discovered during Kāmarasa to become part of their intimate life rather than remaining a one-time weekend experience.
Kāmarasa is planned as an immersive weekend training for couples in Portugal — Spring / Summer 2027, delivered in English.
Exact dates, venue, weekend schedule, participation details and investment will be announced to the interest list.
