2. Professional Boundaries

  • Authentic Tantra Massage sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour, including suggestive language or actions, will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund.
  • Mutual respect is required to create a safe and nurturing space.

3. Confidentiality

  • All client information and details shared during the session are strictly confidential.
  • No personal information will be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

4. Session Guidelines

  • Booking: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins are allowed.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ bookings.
  • Preparation: Clients are encouraged to come with an open mind and clear intentions for healing and self-discovery.

5. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

  • Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 2 days in advance to confirm your session.
  • No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up or disappears without prior notice, future appointments will only be accepted with full advance payment.
  • Prepaid Sessions – No-Show & Cancellation Policy: All sessions paid in full are non-refundable. For clients who have paid the full session fee in advance, any no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being considered used and non-refundable. As a courtesy, the client may reschedule one time only within 1 month of the original appointment, subject to May Gonzalez’s availability. After this period, the session will be forfeited. If the client fails to show up again, no refund or rescheduling will be offered under any circumstances. If the client cancels at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, they may reschedule one time only, subject to availability. This will be the final opportunity to reschedule. No exceptions will be made.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
  • Misconduct Policy: Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or disrespectful communication will result in your number being blocked, and no further bookings accepted.

6. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session.
  • Authentic Tantra Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
  • Hygiene is a priority; clients are expected to arrive clean and fresh for their session.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due at the time of booking or before the session begins.
  • Accepted payment methods include Revolut and cash, talk to May Gonzalez before.
  • No refunds are offered for completed sessions.

8. Practitioner Rights

  • May Gonzalez reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the client’s behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the session.
