FOUNDATIONS

About Tantra & My Approach

What is Tantra?

Tantra is a spiritual and embodied path concerned with awareness, presence, energy and the integration of every dimension of human experience. Although sexuality may be included within some Tantric traditions, Tantra is not simply a sexual practice.

My work is rooted in classical Tantric principles and informed by somatic education, modern sexology, nervous-system awareness, conscious breath, movement and embodied practice.

Is Tantra primarily about sexuality?

No. Sexuality represents only one aspect of Tantra. Tantra invites us to bring consciousness into the body, emotions, energy, relationships, pleasure, challenges and everyday life.

Within my work, sexuality is approached with maturity and respect as part of the whole person—not as an isolated performance or goal.

What is somatic sexology?

Somatic sexology is an educational and body-based approach to sexuality. It explores how breath, attention, sensation, movement, emotions, learned patterns and the nervous system influence the way we experience our bodies and intimate lives.

Rather than remaining only at the level of intellectual understanding, somatic work supports awareness through direct, conscious and appropriately guided experience.

What is sexual energy?

Sexual energy can be understood as part of our vital and creative energy. It may be experienced through warmth, sensation, emotion, movement, aliveness, pleasure, creativity or an increased sense of presence.

The purpose of the work is not to force or exaggerate this energy, but to develop the capacity to feel, regulate, circulate and integrate it consciously.

What is Kundalini energy?

In yogic and Tantric traditions, Kundalini describes a latent spiritual potential often symbolically represented as resting at the base of the spine.

Practices involving breath, meditation, movement and awareness may influence how energy is experienced throughout the body. Kundalini should not be treated as a performance or something to be forced. My approach prioritises grounding, gradual awareness and nervous-system regulation.

WHERE TO BEGIN

Finding the Right Path

I am new to this work. Where should I begin?
Do you work with men, women and couples?

Yes, but the format, availability and entry requirements vary. Most of my in-person private practice is dedicated to men. I also offer specialised online and in-person pathways for women, as well as private training, workshops and retreats for couples.

Please read the relevant offering carefully, as not every session is available or suitable as a first experience.

MEN’S OFFERINGS

Frequently Asked Questions for Men

What is Authentic Tantra Massage for Men?

Authentic Tantra Massage is a structured, conscious and professionally guided body-based experience.

Depending on the session selected, it may include consultation, intention setting, consent and boundaries, guided breathwork, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, full-body massage, sexual-energy circulation, chakra awareness, sound or voice activation, guided relaxation and personalised recommendations.

Each session follows its own format. The work is not centred on performance or achieving a predetermined result.

What is Lingam Massage?

Lingam is a Sanskrit word commonly used in this context to refer to the penis and, symbolically, to masculine life force.

Lingam Massage is approached as conscious and respectful bodywork intended to support relaxation, sensitivity, body awareness and the release of accumulated tension.

It is not performed as an erotic service, and ejaculation is not the purpose of the practice.

What is semen retention?

Semen retention is the conscious practice of learning to experience, regulate and circulate sexual energy without automatically directing every experience toward ejaculation.

Within my work, this may include breath, relaxation, pelvic-floor awareness, recognition of different levels of arousal and learning to distinguish orgasm from ejaculation.

The purpose is not rigid control or suppression. It is to develop greater awareness, choice, presence and sensitivity.

Is ejaculation part of the session?

No. My sessions are not structured around ejaculation or sexual release.

The approach may include semen retention, arousal awareness and practices that support the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation.

The work focuses on presence, sensitivity, nervous-system regulation and the conscious circulation of sexual energy throughout the body.

Can your approach support premature ejaculation or erectile difficulties?

My approach does not focus only on controlling a symptom. It looks at the person as a whole and explores how the body, breath, nervous system, emotions, beliefs, pelvic awareness, sexual energy and performance pressure may influence sexual response.

Depending on your individual needs, the work may include conscious breathing, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, body awareness, pelvic-floor awareness, recognition of different levels of arousal, relaxation, sensitivity, sexual-energy circulation and practices that help separate orgasm from ejaculation.

Tantric and somatic practices can support a more conscious relationship with arousal, helping you recognise sensations earlier, remain present as intensity increases and gradually move away from anxiety, urgency or automatic patterns.

Personalised recommendations and home practices may also be provided to support integration beyond the session.

This is an educational and somatic approach, not medical treatment. It does not replace assessment by a qualified doctor, urologist, psychotherapist or another regulated healthcare professional. Persistent or unexplained symptoms should always be properly investigated.

What is P-Spot Massage?

P-Spot Massage is conscious bodywork focused on the prostate and surrounding pelvic area. It may support pelvic awareness, relaxation, sensitivity and a broader understanding of masculine pleasure.

The practice follows explicit consent, clear preparation and professional boundaries. It is not automatically included in Authentic Tantra Massage and must be booked as the appropriate offering or agreed add-on.

Can I book the Body to Body Ritual as my first session?

No. The Body to Body Ritual is not available as a first session. You must first complete an Authentic Tantra Massage with me so that there is already an understanding of the practice, professional boundaries and consent framework.

The ritual must normally be requested within three months of the qualifying session. After this period, another Authentic Tantra Massage may be required before the ritual can be considered.

Body to Body is a guided Tantric ritual, not a sexual service. Skin-to-skin contact does not imply sexual availability or unrestricted access to the practitioner.

WOMEN’S OFFERINGS

Frequently Asked Questions for Women

I am unsure where to begin. Which women’s offering should I choose?

If you feel disconnected from your body, womb, yoni, sexuality, pleasure, emotions or creativity and are unsure which pathway is appropriate, Womb Consciousness is the recommended starting point.

This online private consultation provides a broad view of your experience and helps identify which areas may need attention before choosing a more specific practice or longer process.

What is Womb Consciousness?

Womb Consciousness is an online private consultation for women who want to understand their relationship with the body, womb, yoni, sexuality, pleasure, emotions and creative energy.

Before the session, you complete an intake form. During the consultation, we explore the different aspects of your experience using tools such as the Womb Consciousness Map and the Seven Womb Portals.

You receive personalised direction, educational resources and recommendations for the next stage of your journey.

What is Yoni Mapping?

Yoni Mapping is an online educational and somatic session designed to help you understand intimate anatomy, sensory awareness and your individual pleasure map.

It may support women who experience areas of sensitivity or numbness, difficulty communicating sensations and boundaries, or a history of intimate experiences centred primarily on the partner.

The session can include G-spot awareness, vocabulary for sensations, communication guidance and a connection with the Seven Womb Portals.

What is Yoni Egg Therapy?

Yoni Egg Therapy is an online guided practice exploring the relationship with the internal body, pelvic awareness, feminine energy, sensitivity and pleasure.

Depending on your needs, it may include conscious breathing, relaxation, pelvic-floor awareness, internal sensation and energetic cleansing practices.

Yoni Egg Therapy may take place before or after Yoni Mapping. The Yoni Egg is purchased separately and is not included in the session.

What is Energetic Cleansing for Women?

Energetic Cleansing is a private online session that may support women after a relationship, during an intense transition, before entering a new cycle or before conception.

The process may include cleansing and harmonising the energetic field, chakras and Seven Womb Portals, together with symbolic cord clearing and energetic separation from previous relationships or experiences.

Are any of your women’s sessions suitable during pregnancy?

Energetic Cleansing is the only offering within my women’s work that may be suitable during pregnancy.

During pregnancy, it is offered as a gentle online energetic session to support calm, grounding and connection with the baby during stressful or emotionally intense periods.

This is complementary energetic support and does not replace pregnancy care, medical advice or support from your midwife, obstetrician or another qualified healthcare professional.

What is Embodied Fertility?

Embodied Fertility is a personalised three-month online mentorship. It is not a single session and is not limited to physical conception.

The process may explore the womb, sexuality, pleasure, orgasmic potential, receptivity, creativity, the energetic body and your capacity to create projects, relationships and new stages of life.

The mentorship includes private online meetings every two weeks, practices and integration between sessions, weekly observations and WhatsApp support throughout the three months.

When is Authentic Tantra Massage for Women available?

Authentic Tantra Massage for Women is my in-person bodywork offering for women. It is available only after completing the three-month Embodied Fertility mentorship.

This requirement allows us to establish awareness, communication, boundaries, emotional preparation and an embodied foundation before entering an in-person intimate bodywork process.

The massage is not automatically included in the mentorship and must be booked separately after the mentorship has been completed.

COUPLES’ OFFERINGS

Frequently Asked Questions for Couples

How do you work with couples?

I work with couples through private training, workshops and retreats. The format depends on the selected offering and the couple’s intentions.

The work may explore presence, communication, consent, trust, conscious touch, giving and receiving, sensory awareness, breath, movement, arousal awareness and the circulation of sexual energy.

EXPLORE OFFERINGS FOR COUPLES
Are couples’ sessions private or held in groups?

Both formats may be available. Private couples’ training is offered exclusively to one couple, while workshops and retreats may include a small group of couples.

The format, level of privacy, schedule and practices are explained clearly on the relevant offering page before registration.

Do partners practise only with each other?

Yes. Within couples’ training, workshops and retreats, intimate partner practices take place exclusively between the members of each couple.

There is no partner swapping and participants are not expected to perform intimate touch with other attendees or with the facilitator.

Are Lingam and Yoni practices included?

Depending on the training, workshop or retreat, educational Lingam and Yoni practices may form part of the programme.

These practices are taught within a structured framework of consent, communication, anatomy, conscious touch, giving and receiving. Couples practise only with their own partner.

The inclusion, timing and format of these practices will always be explained in the description and during the programme.

Are intimate practices mandatory?

No. Consent is ongoing throughout the entire experience. Either partner may pause, modify or decline a practice at any time.

Each couple is responsible for communicating openly with one another and respecting each partner’s boundaries, emotional state and physical comfort.

Do we need previous experience with Tantra?

Previous experience is not necessarily required unless stated in the description of a specific offering.

Practices are introduced progressively, beginning with grounding, presence, breath, sensory awareness, communication and conscious connection before moving toward more advanced practices.

Is the work designed only for couples experiencing difficulties?

No. Couples may participate because they want to deepen connection, expand communication, explore new qualities of touch, develop greater awareness of arousal or create more presence within intimacy.

This work is educational and experiential. It is not couples therapy and does not replace psychotherapy or relationship counselling.

06
THE EXPERIENCE

Understanding the Session Experience

What happens before the bodywork begins?

Each offering follows its own format, structure and preparation process.

Depending on the session you choose, it may include an initial consultation, intention setting, consent and boundaries, guided breathing, grounding, nervous-system regulation or body-awareness practices before the bodywork begins.

The exact sequence is adapted to the purpose and duration of the selected offering and will be explained as part of the booking and alignment process.

For a deeper understanding of the philosophy, structure and practices that may be included, download my free eBook, Authentic Tantra Massage.

DOWNLOAD THE FREE EBOOK
Do I have to do everything included in a session?

No. Consent is ongoing and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. You may pause, decline or ask questions about any part of the experience.

Booking a session does not guarantee that every listed element will be included. I maintain professional discretion and will only offer practices that are appropriate within the agreed session, boundaries and circumstances.

Is nudity required?

The level of undress depends on the specific offering and your informed consent. It will be discussed clearly before the practical part of the session begins.

Nudity never implies unrestricted access, sexual availability or consent to any particular form of touch. Professional boundaries remain in place throughout the entire session.

Is orgasm guaranteed or expected?

No. There is no guaranteed or required outcome. The work is centred on awareness, regulation, sensitivity, presence and the capacity to experience the body without pressure to perform.

Sensations and responses vary considerably from person to person and may also differ from one session to another.

What may I experience after a session?

You may feel relaxed, grounded, energised, emotionally open, reflective or more aware of sensations in your body. Occasionally, you may also feel tired or need quiet time for integration.

Whenever possible, avoid rushing immediately into demanding activities. Drink water, eat something nourishing and allow yourself time to rest and notice what has emerged.

07
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

Consent, Boundaries & Ethics

Where can I read your complete Ethics and Boundaries?

Before requesting a private session, you are expected to read the official Ethics and Boundaries page.

It explains the professional framework of my practice, consent, respectful behaviour, the scope of the sessions and what is not offered.

Reading and understanding these boundaries is part of the booking and alignment process.

READ ETHICS & BOUNDARIES
Is this a sexual or erotic service?

No. My work is educational, somatic and professionally structured. It is not a parlour service, escort service or arrangement for sexual gratification.

Requests for services outside the published scope will result in the booking being declined or the session being ended.

Read the complete Ethics and Boundaries →
Do you provide a “happy ending”?

No. I do not provide “happy endings” or services centred on ejaculation and sexual release. Ejaculation is not part of the purpose or structure of my sessions.

My approach may include semen retention, arousal awareness and practices that support the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation.

The work focuses on presence, sensitivity, nervous-system regulation and the conscious circulation of sexual energy throughout the body rather than directing the experience toward release.

Is mutual touch part of a private bodywork session?

No. Private bodywork sessions are practitioner-led and do not include mutual sexual touch.

Clients are expected to respect the professional structure and boundaries of the session at all times.

Can you refuse or stop a session?

Yes. I reserve the right to decline a booking, change the proposed structure or end a session if expectations are misaligned, boundaries are not respected, information has been withheld or continuing would no longer feel safe or professionally appropriate.

Is everything discussed during a session confidential?

Personal information and the content of your session are treated respectfully and confidentially within the limits of professional, ethical and legal responsibilities.

Recording, photography or filming during private sessions is not permitted.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Booking, Payment & Preparation

What should I read before requesting a session?

Before requesting a session, please read the complete description of the offering you are interested in, together with the official Energetic Alignment and Ethics and Boundaries pages.

These pages explain the alignment process, professional expectations, consent, boundaries and the energetic foundation of the work.

How do I request and book a session?

After reading the relevant offering, Energetic Alignment and Ethics and Boundaries pages, contact May Gonzalez directly through WhatsApp.

In your message, please identify the session you are interested in and briefly describe your intention. Availability, alignment, booking details and payment information will be discussed directly with you.

Sending a message does not automatically confirm an appointment. A session is confirmed only after the alignment process has been completed, the date has been agreed and the required payment has been received.

CONTACT MAY ON WHATSAPP
Why is Energetic Alignment required before booking?

Energetic Alignment helps determine whether your intention, expectations and understanding of the work are compatible with the purpose and professional framework of the session.

It is not simply an administrative step. It creates clarity before the appointment and helps establish the foundation for a respectful, conscious and appropriately guided experience.

How does payment work?

Depending on the selected offering, full advance payment or an initial instalment is required to confirm the booking.

All payments made toward a session, programme, workshop or retreat are non-refundable.

Contact May Gonzalez directly through WhatsApp for current availability, booking instructions and payment information.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Depending on the selected offering, full advance payment or an initial instalment is required to confirm the booking. All payments made toward a session are non-refundable.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. With the required notice, one rescheduling is permitted without an additional fee.

The new appointment must take place within 14 days of the original date and remains subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as a used session. Any payment already made will be retained, and a new payment will be required to arrange another appointment.

If you decide to cancel rather than reschedule, any payment already made remains non-refundable.

What happens if I book a session and do not attend?

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a no-show and the missed appointment is considered used.

No future booking will be accepted until the missed appointment has been paid in full. A new appointment will also require its own full advance payment.

If only an initial instalment was paid for the missed session, the outstanding balance of that session and the full payment for the new session must both be paid before another booking can be confirmed.

If the missed appointment had already been paid in full, only the new session must be paid.

How should I prepare for my session?

Before attending your appointment, you are required to read the complete Before Your Tantra Massage Session guide.

It contains essential information about personal preparation, hygiene, health considerations, punctuality, what to avoid before the appointment and how to arrive prepared for the experience.

Reading this guidance is part of the preparation and helps ensure that you understand what is expected before attending your session.

READ BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Is this work a substitute for medical care or psychotherapy?

No. My sessions are educational, somatic and complementary. They do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions and do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, physiotherapy or other regulated healthcare.

If you are experiencing pain, unexplained symptoms, severe emotional distress or an urgent health concern, seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
